Alexander Spurr, 28, the driver of the Google car, realized he had turned onto a one-way street, started to turn around, and hit the second vehicle in the side, spinning it around, according to the accident report . The driver of the second car, 22-year-old Dylan Case, told police he had a green-light and that Spurr must have run a red-light. In the accident report, police note Spurr's "careless prohibited driving." Case later visited the hospital for a cat scan and X-rays, and told Smoking Gun that he had bruised ribs and whiplash. He said he expects to miss upwards of three weeks of work.

One Direction, made up of Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik and opening band 5 Seconds of Summer, consisting of Luke Hemmings, Ashton Irwin, Calum Hood and Michael Clifford, kicked off the first of three nights at Gillette Stadium as part of the North American leg of One Directions Where We Are tour. 5 Seconds of Summer started things off with a 10-song set. The band, which recently announced its first headlining tour set for next year with a stop at the Xfinity Center in August proved they already have a solid fan base, as fans screamed just as loud for them as they did for main act One Direction.
